Payment method: cash or bank transfer.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations permitted with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice and the session fee is still payable.

As Per Data Protection Act introduced to the UK in May 2018
Cranio-Sacral therapists and Homeopaths keep records regarding your treatments. During the case consultation, the therapist will record your name, contact details and other personal information such as your medical and life history. The data you share with the therapist is confidential unless:
You give written consent for personal information to be shared with a named person or professional.
The therapist is required by law to share information.
You disclose information that leads the therapist to believe there is significant risk to your wellbeing or to that of another person. The therapist will inform you of their decision and reason to share such information.
The therapist will make records during the case consultation and before and after each treatment. This information enables the therapist track treatment progress and avoids duplication of information. Personal information will not be used for any other purposes. You have the right to request access to your data and should you need this information, please apply in writing, allowing one month to receive this.
The Code of Ethics, which forms a foundation for this work, requires therapists to keep these notes for a specific length of time. This information will be stored in a locked filing cabinet in the privacy of the therapists home. Any electronic devices we use are password protected, so email exchanges are only accessible by your therapist.
